Casa de Tartaruga is an impressive half-a-century-old Heritage Goan Bungalow, located in the serene village of Badem, Assagao. Lined with beautiful tree streets, gorgeous old Portuguese homes, and upscale restaurants and eateries, Assagao is known as the Beverly Hills of Goa.
This Bed & Breakfast is meticulously renovated and retrofitted to contemporary standards and comforts while retaining its old-world charm. With high ceilings, large verandas, lots of natural lights, large open spaces, and a garden with hundreds of trees including Coconut, Jackfruit, Mango Passionfruit, etc, and a charming well with clear sweet water, this villa takes you back to earlier times.

“It's not a private villa but your own private resort!!”
Its located in a peaceful neighbourhood in Assagoa, and yet only a few minutes drive from the beach and some awesome eating joints. This is one place I have visited where the actual place is better than the photographs.The entire place is tastefully done and has all the modern facilities one can ask for. The breakfast is great and you can actually request for what you want. What stands out is the warmth of the staff you actually feel like you are home. The pool is a great place to hang out and was really clean. I visit Goa around thrice a year and whenever next I go in a group of 8 or more this is the place I would stay every time... Would like to thank Justin and Piyush for the amazing stay.
